CHANCE OF FLARES: NOAA forecasters estimate a 70% chance of M-class solar flares and a 25% chance of X-flares on Sept. 30th. The likely source would be giant sunspot AR2422, which has an unstable 'beta-gamma-delta' magnetic field. Radio blackouts and radiation storms are possible if the sunspot explodes.

October 1 — October 31, 2015

The “big date” this month is Saturday, October 9 when Mercury goes direct at 01 Libra 48. If you have a planet or point at 00, 01 or 02 degrees, expect to feel the glitches. Along with the previous solar flares, the beautiful super-Moon eclipse, today’s big solar flare, communications and computers have been glitching disruptively. If you are one of the cardinal signs of Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn, expect your day to be full of impulsive changes.

October 1 the Moon goes into Gemini adding gabbiness to the day.

October 2, the Sun and Moon are getting along well, and the day is good for Gemini and Libra, along with Aquarius. Aries, Leo and Sagittarius will have the opportunity for a good day if they will accept the opportunity.

October 3 the Moon goes into Cancer, meaning a good day for Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. Taurus and Virgo have the opportunity for a good day, with Capricorn maybe torn between work and family.

October 4 is the quarter or half Moon. The Sun and Moon are in square with each other, indicating a challenging day for Cancer and Libra. Aries and Capricorn also have challenges, but these signs enjoy them. Pisces and Scorpio can help Cancer, with Gemini and Aquarius helping Libra.

October 6 is a very challenging day! The Sun in Libra challenges Pluto in Capricorn. Seems the USA and Russia are still in challenging tension.  Personally, Libra and Capricorn experience a very challenging day, followed by Aries and Cancer. Mars in Virgo challenges Neptune in Pisces, indicating a stand-off between a strong one who wants common-sense details from one who is evasive (to say the least) and not forthcoming. This means for you that Virgo may have a disappointing day asking for details and that a day off would be a good idea. Taurus and Capricorn can help Virgo. The Moon goes into Leo early in the morning, adding drama to the situation. However, retrograde Mercury is in good relationship with Saturn, so there is the opportunity for diplomatic discussion to settle the tension. Since Mercury is in the sign of Libra, Libra can use their diplomatic skills for communication and try for cooperation. The opportunity for good communication repeats October 13 after Mercury has gone direct.

October 7 the Sun and Moon are getting along again, indicating a good day for Leo and Libra, followed by Aries, Sagittarius, Gemini and Aquarius. Yesterday’s tensions should ease somewhat.

October 8 the Moon goes into Virgo.

October 9 the big day: Mercury goes direct. Give it another day before signing papers or purchasing electronics so the frequencies have a chance to calm. Also today Venus goes into Virgo through November 8. Virgo should experience a month of quiet love, quite increase in income. Taurus and Capricorn are in a good place for the same. Pisces is opposite Virgo and may experience irritating relationship situations.  Cancer and Scorpio enjoy quiet opportunities for nice relationships and stable money. This is a good month to put your finances into detailed order. Leo and Libra are neutral. Aquarius and Aries adjust to a more quiet social life with attention to detail.

October 10 Venus is in tension with Saturn. Love life and money are stalled, with possibly disappointing relationship situation. Virgo and Sagittarius are the ones most disappointed, followed by Pisces and Gemini. Taurus and Capricorn can help Virgo, with Aries and Leo helping Sagittarius.

October 11 Moon goes into Libra. Jupiter and Pluto are getting along, and maybe the world powers decide to expand their points of view and cooperate somewhat for the good of the world. Personally, Virgo and Capricorn are a good influence today, with practical resolutions. Taurus can be the stable one in the good situation. Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are in the right place at the right time to accept opportunities. The United States is a Cancer country and may accept an opportunity.  However, the Sun and Uranus are opposite, meaning expect sudden changes, especially for Libra and Aries who may be the catalysts. Cancer and Capricorn may be on the scene of the change.

October 12 new Moon in Libra. Good day for Libra to begin projects. Aries can expect their partner to ask for cooperation, causing a little tension. Cancer and Capricorn are in a mildly challenging situation which is enjoyable. Gemini and Aquarius have a good day with everything going well for them. Leo and Sagittarius have the opportunity for a nice social event. Virgo and Scorpio are neutral; Taurus and Pisces adjust to the activity.

October 13 Moon goes into Scorpio.

October 15 Mars and Pluto are getting along, indicating practical resolution to the tension experienced on October 5. These are the two war planets, and it seems that today they want peace. Personally, Virgo and Capricorn are the effective ones today, with Taurus joining. Pisces is opposite Virgo, and Cancer is opposite Capricorn, but with the trine between Mars and Pluto, methinks all will be well. Today is the day to work on your practical projects. Getting closer to home, it could be a good day for tilling the soil under for next year’s garden.

October 16 Moon goes into Sagittarius. Venus is opposite Neptune and it may rain. Appointments may not show up and it could be a lazy day, especially for Virgo and Pisces. Today is a good day for creative or escapist activities.

October 17 Mars is pushing Jupiter, be ready for some action! Virgo should be especially activated in a hurry (for them) to get the details in order. Pisces believes they are being unfairly pushed. Taurus and Capricorn enjoy a very productive day. Cancer and Scorpio have the opportunity to pay successful attention to details. Leo and Libra are neutral, Aries and Aquarius adjust to the demand for details, not to their liking. Gemini and Sagittarius could be challenged to irritating demands for practical details, like their expense accounts.

October 18 the day begins with opportunities for travel and diplomacy, followed by the Moon going into Capricorn in the early afternoon. It seems a detail had been left out of something with a needed adjustment. Libra is asking for the truth and is being evaded.

October 20 quarter Moon in the signs of Capricorn and Libra, revealing an impulsively challenging day that includes Cancer and Aries. Taurus and Virgo can help Capricorn; Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra.

October 22 Mercury and Pluto are at odds, revealing diplomatic disagreements. This is a repeat of September 10 before Mercury went retrograde. The signs of Libra and Capricorn are the ones at odds because Libra communicates and Capricorn does not. There could be tension over social expenditures. Cancer and Aries could be drawn in. Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra, with Taurus and Virgo helping Capricorn.

October 23 the Sun and Moon are in harmony early in the morning with the air signs of Aquarius, Libra and Gemini especially favored. The Moon then goes into Pisces. Venus and Pluto are getting along and could heal the tensions of October 6. Virgo and Capricorn are favored, followed by Taurus. It is a good day to put forth practical, detail-oriented projects that will last a long time. Today is calm and stable.

October 23 the Sun goes into Scorpio through November 22. Time for Scorpio to put forth those well-thought-out projects. Taurus feels opposition regarding finances, trying to balance day-to-day money with long-term investments. Cancer and Pisces enjoy a month of good relationships and projects. Virgo and Capricorn have the opportunity for successful finances. Leo and Aquarius experience control issues over money. Aries and Gemini adjust their finances. Libra and Sagittarius are neutral.

October 24 there is uneasiness followed by an adjustment between the detail-oriented person or project with the forward-looking impulsive one who wants it done now.

October 25 Moon goes into Aries early. Venus is joining Jupiter, and may be able to be seen in the sky. Great day for Virgo, followed by Taurus and Capricorn. Good day for careful, detail-oriented financial planning. Cancer and Scorpio have the opportunity for good communications, Pisces may feel pushed again. Gemini and Sagittarius may be irritated today because of the demands for details again. Leo and Libra are neutral; Aries and Aquarius adjust to even more detail requests. Also today Mercury is challenging Uranus, revealing impulsive dialogue trying to balance cooperation with change and being alone. Especially affected are Libra who is challenging Aries. Cancer and Capricorn could be drawn in. Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra, with Leo and Sagittarius helping Aries.

October 27 Moon goes into Taurus early, then forms a full Moon in the signs of Taurus and Scorpio, who feel it the most, followed by Leo and Aquarius. For those of you in the medical and law enforcement fields, the areas of the body are the throat, neck and thyroid; and the reproductive organs and anus. Virgo and Capricorn can help Taurus, with Cancer and Pisces helping Scorpio. Also today, Venus is asking Uranus to adjust, so expect minor changes to a small plan. Virgo may be prodding Aries, with an insignificant quip.

October 29 Moon goes into Gemini.

October 30  the Sun and Neptune getting along, revealing a nice what used to be mischief night in the USA.  Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer are favored, followed by Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. It should be a pleasant day.

October 31 Moon goes into Cancer early, forming a nice relationship with the Sun. Especially favored are Cancer, Scorpio an Pisces, followed by the opportunity for a nice day for Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. Halloween should be nice this year.

September 27: Super, blood–harvest Moon eclipse!

It’s 2015's closest supermoon. It’ll undergo a total eclipse. And, for the Northern Hemisphere, the full Moon of September 27-28, 2015 is the Harvest Moon.  What is a Harvest Moon? In traditional skylore, the Harvest Moon is the full Moon closest to the autumnal equinox, and depending on the year, the Harvest Moon can come anywhere from two weeks before to two weeks after the autumnal equinox. For us in the Northern Hemisphere, the 2015 autumnal equinox comes on September 23, so the September 27-28 full Moon counts as the Northern Hemisphere’s Harvest Moon. To intensify it, Mercury is retrograde in the sign of Libra, joining the Sun in the eclipse.

What does mean for you?

The full-Moon eclipse is exact on September 27 at 10:50:29 pm EDT in the astrological signs of Aries and Libra. Like all full moons there is the “shadow time” of the day before and after when the effects are felt in our emotions.

For those of you in the medical and law enforcement fields, the areas of the body indicated are the head and face, adrenal glands, upper part of the kidneys and sometimes the urinary tract.

The signs of Aries and Libra will feel this the most, possibility with opposite desires resulting in impulsive change of plans. Libra seldom argues, but may have an unusual burst of temper because Aries may push a little too hard this time with their own agenda. Remember that Aries likes to go it alone, and Libra wants a partner. Cooperation with the Moon so close to the earth may not work this time.

Leo can steady Aries, Sagittarius can suggest playtime to Aries; Gemini can offer a diplomatic solution to Libra and Aquarius can suggest having friends over for Libra.

The other signs affected by impulsive changes and possible arguments are Cancer and Capricorn. Scorpio can steady Cancer, with Pisces offering creative distraction to Cancer. Taurus can steady Capricorn, with Virgo offering common-sense analyzation of the situation.

Leo and Sagittarius should experience good love, financial and social time. Gemini and Aquarius also experience cooperation and good social times.
