Sept 12; Moon goes into Scorpio. Jupiter sextile Pluto. Repeat of Jan 15 and April 14 2018. Opportunity for financial renegotiation to balance. (The signs are Jupiter in Scorpio sextile Pluto in Capricorn). The key is cooperation and common sense. The money-manager is offering to manage large monies to stabilize and secure the situation. (Could this be the Mexico NAFTA re-negotiation?) Scorpio and Capricorn are leading others to security and stability, helping Taurus, Virgo, Cancer and Pisces. Again, Cancer is helped if you are not too sensitive and feel confronted, which is not the intention. Do not take it personally.
Sept 12: Also today, a relatively small entity is trying to push the status quo, which could result in a stand-off. However, if the same entity takes the opportunity to co-operate with the established one, it will go well. Personally, Scorpio may push Taurus too far, resulting in Taurus’ famous, although rare, temper tantrum. Cancer and Pisces can help Scorpio, with Virgo and Capricorn helping Taurus.

Sept 16: First quarter Moon in the signs of Sagittarius and Virgo who are irritating each other. Gemini and Pisces are also restless and perhaps irritated and irritable. Sept 16 through Sept 19: Mars in Aquarius is square Uranus in Taurus. If you have a one degree planet or point in your chart, it will be activated. That it lasts three days means it is important. Globally could be a group of fanatics assembling, trying to force change on the status quo. The subject could be religion, equal rights or money. Remember that Uranus is in the sign of Taurus and was last at this point July & Aug 1934, end of April 1935. Mars at that time was in Libra, throwing the status quo off balance. Then it was the Great Depression, with lack of jobs and food. The banking system changed back then, too. Now we have changes in trade agreements, hopefully to better large groups of people. We also know from the news that equality is being demanded. As the saying goes, “it will be interesting.”

Sept 17 USA: repeat of March 27 and will repeat Jan 28, 2019. Contused communication and news to dissolve the office of the presidency, throwing the country off balance. The news or communication is inconsistent, vague and incomplete. This is a process that is focused a few days around today, seems to go quiet and re-focuses around Jan 28, 2019.
Sept. 18: Hold on! Day of almost forced change. The energetic entity with advanced, or group plans is pushing the status quo for change. The relationship situation of Sept 11 is strongly activated. Globally a fanatical group may push an established group. Personally Aquarius is strongly, stubbornly pushing for change, with Taurus sensing it the most, followed by Leo and Scorpio. CAPE CANAVERAL – NASA’s Parker Solar Probe blasted off at 3:31 a.m. EDT. Aug 12, 2018 from Cape Canaveral Air Force station on its historic mission to the Sun. It is expected to reach the Sun in November, Sagittarius time: how appropriate because Sag symbolizes big things. The launch had initially been scheduled for early Saturday, but last-minute technical glitches ate away at the launch window, prompting a 24-hour delay. Mercury is retrograde!

Harnessing Venus’ gravity, Parker will complete seven flybys over seven years - a Saturn cycle - to gradually bring its orbit closer to the Sun. On its closest approach in 2024, the probe will be traveling at approximately 430,000 mph, setting a new speed record for a man-made object.
Scientists expect to shed new light on the Sun’s potential to disrupt satellites and spacecraft, as well as electronics and communications on Earth. Instruments on board Parker will study magnetic fields, plasma and energetic particles as well as imaging solar wind, a flow of ionized gases that stream past the Earth at more than a million miles an hour.
This may be interesting to those of you who ask me “what is going on out there?” And I reply that there were solar flares, intense radiation and more. We already know this happens.
The probe, which was designed and built by the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University, is also carrying more than 1.1 million names to the Sun. Members of the public were invited to be a part in the historic mission by submitting their names to be placed on a memory card.

The gaseous material is flowing from a small hole in the sun's atmosphere. Wind speeds could top 500 km/s (1.1 million mph) according to NASA's STEREO-A spacecraft, which encountered the stream before Earth did. The solar wind intensifies life on earth because it compresses the earth’s magnetic shield. Insert picture. We are experiencing the cyclical solar minimum, meaning fewer sunspots.

The USA’s birthday is July 4. The solar return for 2018 is active, with the Sun in Cancer in the first house, Pluto in Capricorn in the seventh house, the Moon exactly conjunct Chiron in the 10th house.
The Sun in the first house of the solar return indicates strong, active assertion for the country. The activity seems to be asserting or reasserting the ego and courage of the country and the strength of the office of the president. (Read below for the cautions)

Pluto itself tears down to restructure and Capricorn indicates what was thought secure and structured will be transformed. Seems those treaties and agreements are in the process of being transformed.
