Uranus will be at 28, 29 degrees Aries all month, ending its sojourn through Aries next month. If you have a 28 or 29 degree planet or point in your chart this will be noticed. February begins within an opportunity cycle that was exact Jan 31, repeats Aug 18 and finishes Nov 8, 2019. Each of the outer planets have a shadow time, meaning the moving planet is in the same degree as the planet it is relating with but is not exact. The exact opportunity of Jan 31 began Jan 24 and goes through Feb 2. This cycle reveals the opportunity to stabilize or secure the idealistic. According to Rex Bill’s book of rulerships, Saturn is the patron planet of the Democrats. Transiting Saturn is in its own sign of Capricorn revealing the Democrat’s current power to organize, stick to the fundamentals to solve an idealistic situation. Transiting Neptune is in its own sign of Pisces and is powerful in its own way, although we usually do not consider Pisces or Neptune powerful. Pisces symbolizes Christianity with its pure ideal of compassion, forgiveness and helping the poor. To me, this indicates the possibly - if the opportunity is acted upon - for the compassion of the American people to help the incoming immigrants. Personally, the degrees are Saturn at 14 Capricorn 54, with Netune at 14 Pisces 55. You can see that 14 and 15 degrees are important, and if you have these degrees in your chart, it will be notices. February for the USA begins with the continuation of the challenging cycle that began on Jan 31, repeats Aug. 15, ending Oct. 24. This is a challenge to both the president and the presidency coming from the Democrats.

Also, all the planets are in direct motion, meaning they are effective. Mars is in its own sign of Aries, Jupiter is in its own sign of Sagittarius, Saturn is in its own sign of Capricorn, with Neptune in its own sign of Pisces. Each of these planets are strong, meaning when they have good relationships with the other strong planets, the world has the means to cooperate. When these strong planets are in adversarial relationships, we have a stand-off and tension.

Feb 1:   begins with a stand-off between Mars in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn, revealing anger, maybe violence, youngsters are in almost a military mode trying to push the strong established group. Personally, Aries may be pushing Scorpio to no avail; be careful of retaliation. Cancer and Libra may be pulled into a tense situation and would be wise not to be involved in an impulsive, rash action. Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries, with Cancer and Pisces helping Scorpio. All in all this could be a tense day world wide.

Feb 2: opportunity for peace and balance, possibly brought by Sagittarius, the higher court or diplomat. The peacemaker is attempting to calm the revolutionary and proposes a good plan. Personally, a good day for all. Romance is more friendly than intense, friendships abound, perhaps with someone from afar communicating. Sagittarius is making peace, offering friendship and may invite Aries on a trip, maybe asking Leo to join them. Everyone has a good day, with pleasant surprise. Today is Groundhog Day. With most of the planets in winter signs (Sagittarius, Capricorn, & Aquarius) the critter may predict more winter.

Feb 3: Moon goes into Aquarius, the sign of America’s Moon. The plan from yesterday has the opportunity to be expanded and accepted if action is taken. Someone has a new outlook and proposal which is acceptable to the Republicans. (According to Rex Bills Sagittarius and Jupiter represent the R’s). Personally, Aquarius has new scientific ideas that are accepted, perhaps a new patent is announced. Aquarius is giving Sagittarius and Aries the opportunity to listen to or be involved with the idea, Leo may feel neglected. Cancer adjusts to their day not going as expected. Gemini and Libra have a good social day, along with Aries. If Leo can share the spotlight, they have a great day. Taurus also adjusts to being interrupted all day with no time for their plan. Virgo is a little irritated because of the speed of communications with no time for detail. Super Bowl day. The weather is still cold, but the game should be a good one, with friends and family gathering for a nice, good, exciting time.

Feb 3: Venus goes into Capricorn through March 1. Romance is replaced with work and responsibility. Capricorn may be a little more demonstrative or create beautiful, practical objects. Cancer feels opposition, Aries and Libra experience mild challenges. Taurus and Virgo enjoy the practical, Sagittarius and Aquarius are neutral; Leo and Gemini adjust to more responsibility. Scorpio and Pisces have the opportunity to stabilize their projects.

Feb 3 USA: see-saw day but offers an opportunity for good relations with the public and allies.

Feb 4: new Moon in Aquarius. Good day for Aquarius to propose scientific, abstract or group ideas and projects. The atmosphere is detached and group oriented. Leo may seem to be opposed but it is not personal, Taurus and Scorpio may gave control issues which are not personal. Cancer and Virgo adjust to something new which seems to be an interruption but is good when they adapt.. Capricorn and Pisces are neutral, Gemini and Libra enjoy good social day. Aries and Sagittarius have the opportunity to join a group effort.

Feb 5: Moon goes into Pisces. Chinese New Year of the Pig.

Feb 5 USA: State of the Union Address: good news about the homeland and defensiveness over existing laws, foreign relations and trade agreements..

Feb 6 USA: minor pundits, mostly the young, see-saw back and forth with opinions opposing everything that was said, even to the point of bashing the office of presidency itself.

Feb 6: No exact astrological aspects.

Feb 7: The group has the opportunity to accept peaceful situation because of creative and inclusive ideas for the rebels or younger activists. For this to manifest, there needs to be discussion, cooperation and acceptance. Today is an Aquarian day, meaning the group’s ideas are in the foreground. Personally, Aquarius is busy with group ideas and solutions, offering opportunities for expansion, inclusion and cooperation. Gemini and Libra may be invited to participate, again Leo may seem opposed but it is not personal, Aries and Sagittarius have the opportunity for great communication and social day, and again, Cancer and Virgo accommodate interruptions. Capricorn and Pisces are neutral, with Scorpio and Taurus having mild control situations.

Feb 8: Moon goes into Aries.

Feb 9: Innovative proposal from or about the group to solve a problem about a large group. The other possibly could be new ideas regarding a large Union. Aquarius is again communicating new ideas, which is giving the activists or youngsters the opportunity to be included. Since this is an opportunity, it needs to be accepted to manifest. Personally, Aquarius is communicating new ideas which are acceptable to Aries and Leo, with Libra, Gemini, and Sagittarius possibly contributing to the conversation. Cancer and Virgo are challenged and need to adjust; Scorpio and Taurus may sense being verbally controlled. Capricorn and Pisces are neutral.

Feb 10: harmonious Sun and Moon in the signs of Aries and Aquarius, meaning the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, and the air signs of Gemini and Libra have a good day. Also, Mercury goes into Pisces through middle of April because it goes retrograde March 5. Communications changes from abstract, scientific, mathematical and groups to the softer, creative imagination and the psychic. Be aware your water-sign friends may be more intuitive than usual and just happen to know what you are thinking. People may be late for vague reasons. Supreme court could render positive decision or news about a law regarding the land itself. There is a powerful square or situation involving money, the House and the Senate. Since the budget must be met and passed by Feb 15, this could reveal strong disagreements.

Feb 12: quarter Moon in the signs of Taurus and Aquarius who experience control issues, followed by Leo and Scorpio. Virgo and Capricorn can help Taurus, with Gemini and Libra helping Aquarius. Day full of changes related to group activities and the checkbook.

Feb 13: Moon goes into Gemini. Mars conjunct Uranus at 29 degrees of Aries! Hold on! The planet of impulsive activism is joining the planet of revolution. We’ll have to watch the news. Personally, Aries is active stirring things up, throwing Libra off balance and opposed. Cancer and Capricorn experience active challenges. Leo and Sagittarius have a good, creative day, with Gemini being diplomatic and Aquarius having the outlook of the group or greater population. Pisces and Taurus are neutral. Virgo and Scorpio adjust to sudden change. If you have any planet or point at 29 degrees, this will be a busy day to say the least.

Feb 14: Valentine Day. Interesting that Valentine Day is an Aquarian day, which means romance is more about loving friendship than jealous love. Mars goes into Taurus, slowing things down, which may be welcome after the previous innovations. Communication is soft and creative, but with so much Capricorn, love may be understated or muted. Emotions are light and fun and there may be short trips to celebrate. With Mars in Taurus through first of April, the frenzied activity slows, projects turn to the practical and safe, with Taurus being more active or assertive than usual. Virgo and Capricorn enjoy quiet practical projects, Cancer and Scorpio have the opportunity to ground their projects, but Scorpio may have some opposition. Aries and Gemini are neutral, Libra and Sagittarius adjust to slower reactions, Leo and Aquarius experience stubborn delays.

Feb 15: Harmonious day with the Sun and Moon, indicating a good social day with friends for everyone, the Moon goes into Cancer.

Feb 15 USA: Deadline for the budget situation. It looks like it will pass, with the Republicans agreeing for the good of the country. (Transiting Jupiter in Sagittarius trine natal Chiron in Aries in the fourth house). This good situation repeats June 5, ends Oct 13.

Feb 17: see-saw day when things do not go as expected, especially for Cancer and Aquarius who have a hard time communicating. Scorpio and Pisces can help Cancer, with Gemini helping Aquarius. Also, opportunity for balancing the practical with the unrealistic. Younger, maybe woman, offers the opportunity to bring high expectations down to earth. Feb 18: Sun goes into Pisces through March 20. Energy changes from active and catalytic to soft, creative and helping. Time for Pisces to activate dreams or creative ideas. Cancer and Scorpio have a good month, and may help Pisces. Virgo experiences disappointing relationships, with Gemini and Sagittarius experiencing missed appointments or people not showing up. Aquarius and Aries are neutral. Taurus and Capricorn gave the opportunity to help Pisces realize their plans. Leo and Libra adjust to some withdrawing.

Feb 18 cont’d: one in control of the group proposes a plan to the group of activists or rebels. Indications are ideas have been made practical, business like, responsible and have the opportunity for acceptance. What was too idealistic is now more realistic with hopes of stability. Seems youngsters are more practical. Good day for all, except the water signs are in the background.

Feb 19: Moon into Virgo forming the full Moon in Virgo and Pisces, who experience most of the energy. A lot of Pisces energy, so Virgo cannot delve into the details. Gemini and Sagittarius irritated because of the lack of substance. The areas of the body for this full Moon are the duodenal area of the abdomen, eyes, feet, allergies and drug overdoses. Also today, very idealistic ideas or communication that could be compassionate and helping or downright unrealistic. However, if the ideas are combined with responsibility for self and ask responsibility from others, there is the opportunity for them to manifest.

Feb 21: Moon goes into Libra, forming a see-saw day when things do not go as expected, especially for Libra and Pisces. Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra, with Scorpio and Cancer helping Pisces.

Feb 22: news, communication are vague, misleading and may be untrue. Be very careful making decisions or judging only from the hasty news. It may take a few hours, but the hard, true facts will come out. The established entity is able to stabilize the situation.

Feb 23: Moon goes into Scorpio to form harmonious relationship with the Sun, calming yesterday’s over-reaction. Also, there is an opportunity for the news to correct any overreaction from yesterday. Feb 26: quarter Moon in the signs of Sagittarius and Pisces. Be careful again! Emotions are high but overreacting. There is no common sense today, the energy is exaggerated and incomplete. Feb 27: good day with opportunity for harmony. The one in authority has softened and offers the project manager a creative solution to a practical job or project.
