April 2019 overview:

Pluto is conjunct the south node in Capricorn. This was exact March 30 and is still in the aura first week of April. Globally, what was hidden in corporate, seemingly stable, or long-in-existence entities comes to light to be transformed. To Pluto, transformation means tearing down what is out of date to be renewed, perhaps in a new form. The degree is 22 - 23 degrees Capricorn, so if you have these degrees in your chart, that will be triggered. The beauty of knowing astrology is learning when these times come upon us so we can make decisions without drama, trauma or angst.  (For instance, my Moon is at 22 degrees Aries, with Pluto and the south node squaring it. We know the Moon signifies Mom, emotions, home and family life. Well, I am moving closer to family and has become a family activity. I am being forced to purge what is not needed because the new place is tiny compared to where I am moving from. Also involved in the purging is letting go of things related to past adventures. Even though they were good, they are in the past out of date for my spiritual progress and need to go, so go they will.)

Pluto goes retrograde April 24 at 23 degrees 09 minutes Capricorn
Saturn goes retrograde April 29 at 20 Capricorn

April 10 the Sun in Aries square Saturn at 20 Capricorn, triggering the retrograde point. Indications are an assertive person or group challenges corporate or established entities, creating a seeming crisis. The established ones are the stronger and could strongly resist.

April 13 the Sun in Aries squares Pluto in Capricorn, triggering yet another crisis in the established way of doing things. Again, the established entity is the stronger. It may be the same person or group tries again and is against a very strong adversary.

April 28 Mars in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces, so the challenges may disappear or there is a lot of wind and rain.

For the USA:

March 3 through April 20 USA: America’s Progressed Sun in Pisces square the USA natal ascendent in Sagittarius. This indicates tension about immigration and perhaps vague or misleading news. Inter-office communication could be vague, confusing or incomplete. If this is the weather (and I am not a weather astrologer) it could be too much rain or floods affecting many, especially in the north and east. Since the square is also to the USA seventh house cusp, could be confusing or misleading communication with allies, enemies or a legal situation.

April 10: America’s Mercury is at 24 degrees Cancer 11 minutes retrograde. This means when Jupiter goes retrograde April 10 it triggers an adjustment in relations with an ally, enemy or trading partner, possibly over money. The other scenario could be legal negotiations.

April 13 Mars in Aries conjunct America’s natal  Uranus at 08 Gemini 55. A sudden or unexpected activity in the workforce or health care sectors, with much media coverage.

April 17 the Sun in Aries squares America’s natal Pluto in Capricorn, but sextiles the Moon in Aquarius. A challenging situation in the nation’s spending or money involving the House and Senate, with the opportunity  for renewal and inclusion of everyone. Could this be the long-awaited transformation of health care? Let us hope the opportunity is accepted because it looks like it is for the good of the nation.
