Interpreted this morning: so much for President Trump giving Iran two weeks to negotiate. The Power of the presidency, meaning the power or effectiveness of the United States has shifted with both allies and enemies. This is ongoing and, as written before, this changing of the power of the USA and the president himself goes through December of 2026. (T Pluto quincunx N Venus). The bombing was idealistic, and will have unintended consequences, perhaps with an opportunity for some good June 23 and June 24. (T Mars quincunx T Neptune, then T Mars sextile N Venus). The USA Sibley chart I use has the Midheaven/IC at 01 Libra 07, with T Saturn conjunct the IC. This is evidenced by the destruction caused by the weather. Let us hope it does not mean retaliation. The progressed Moon of the USA is in Aries, which is impulsive and eager for arguments and fights. For the next 2-1/2 years, the emotional nature of the USA is pugnacious with allies, enemies and existing laws and agreements, both USA and other countries.
June 20 was the summer solstice, when the Sun went into the sign of Cancer, which was also the longest day of the year. This month several planets change signs: Jupiter into Cancer June 9, Mars into Virgo June 17, the Sun into Cancer June 20, Mercury into Leo June 26. When planets change sign, energy changes. I’ve been receiving calls asking what is happening astrologically because the energy has changed and people are feeling it. The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars change signs quickly but Jupiter only once every 11-1/2 months, so we feel the Jupiter change more. Personally, Jupiter in Cancer brings abundance to Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, opposition to Capricorn, challenges of expansion for Aries and Libra, the chance for abundance – if they will accept it – for Taurus and Virgo, and adjustment to changes for Sagittarius and Aquarius. Gemini and Leo are neutral with Jupiter in Cancer.
Last week Jupiter was square – meaning challenging circumstances – with Saturn and Neptune and is over now. However, we’ll experience the results or consequences of any stand-off or confusing situations of last week. Some situations may have been deliberately vague and misleading as part of a strategy, and if too confusing for others, may result in the fading away of any possible benefits. Or, decisions may have been made behind the scenes (in secret) to alleviate the situations. Seems the decision to bomb Iran was made in secret.
Mars left proud, hubris-prone Leo, and into common-sense, good-planning Virgo on June 17. Mars may be bored in Virgo because Virgo puts the brakes on Mars’ impulsiveness, insisting on practical details related to the situation. Mars in Virgo, though, may be efficient, honest and productive. Personally, this is a good time for Virgo to put their procrastinated plans into action, perhaps cooperating with Taurus for management and Capricorn for leadership. Mars gives Cancer and Scorpio the opportunity to apply details to their plans, challenges Gemini, Sagittarius and Pisces to be careful with details, asks Aquarius and Aries to adjust to requests for practical details and neutral with Leo and Libra.
There are several instances of what the press is calling “whiplash”. This is when the decision is changed or reversed, whether planned or not. President Trump is a Gemini, and this is normal for him. (I was married with a Gemini, whose chart includes challenging aspects like President Trump’s, who changed plans at a whim, usually for something he would rather do, not thinking of the consequences for others). The dates are June 19, when war plans or dates were changed and apparently not challenged, June 23 and June 24, war plans changed again, possibly because consideration of serious consequences. We will consider those dates for you below.
The Moon also change signs this coming week, meaning if you have that 00-number-degree in your chart, you will be busy indeed, because there will be five sign changes into the 00-number-degree! Have fun. We cardinal-leadership signs enjoy changes and interruptions because if gives us something to solve. Oh, we are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, although Capricorn may hesitate a little at first.
Now to the celestial forecast, remembering this is the relationship of the planets in the sky with each other. Your personal forecast would be different and especially for you.
All week, Jupiter is still in square situation with both Neptune and Saturn, meaning challenges to plans for expansion of structural and charitable situations. Personally, Cancer and Aries challenge each other and could produce a breakthrough with fearless, courageous leadership, although they may argue with each other. Virgo could help with common-sense, detailed planning information to focus upon.
- June 22: Moon goes into talkative Gemini, livening conversations. There is a good opportunity for well-planned activities to go well, but stressful challenges with at least arguments over leadership, family, farm and the automobile industries, not necessarily together.
- June 23: quincunx, see-saw day when things do not go as expected, asking you to adjust to or accommodate changes, and when you do, things go better. Focus on adjustments to space programs, automobiles possible recall because automatic systems do not work. Either a lot of rain or a publicized activity or project is dissolved or suspended. Virgo and Aquarius, Cancer and Aries all experience a challenging day. Capricorn can help Virgo, with Libra helping Cancer and Aries.
- June 24: Jean Baptise Day, or John the Baptist Day. Moon goes into Cancer, creating a new Moon in Cancer, joining Jupiter, challenging Aries and Libra. Active quincunxe see-saw day when things definitely do not go as expected. What we are calling the war situation see-saws back and forth with serious changing statements and situations. Edgy day. Also challenges with both the farm and automobile or machine manufacturing industries, with a possible stand-off or demonstration. Personally, Cancer, Aries and Libra experience leadership challenges or challenged to make quick decisions. Scorpio can help Cancer with good management, with Sagittarius helping everyone with peacemaking, and Gemini helping each see all sides of the situations.
- June 25: an astrologically neutral day with no exact aspects, but the quincunx situations are still active.
- June 26: finally, an opportunity to resolve or make decisions for the betterment of the situations. There is the opportunity for good communication or news about money, and to have a common-sense or practical solution to the war or farm situations. Virgo, Cancer, Taurus all cooperate to figure things out, especially for humanitarian activates.
- June 27: Moon goes into Leo, joining Mercury and strengthening good communication or news with or about the automobile or machines industries. Good day for everyone.
- June 28: more good news, hopefully about a new effort for charitable or humanitarian situation. Strong, focused and creative communication may result in a decision going forward. Maybe a new movie released.
- June 29: challenging communications about nuclear or demonstrations. The autocrat tries to verbally force the situation with stubborn resistance. Then the Moon goes into Virgo, bringing some calm to the situation, offering a practical, detailed plan. Virgo and Cancer cooperate to help with the situation. Leo and Aquarius, and possibly Taurus and Scorpio experience control issues that Virgo and Cancer can help with.
- June 30: astrologically neutral day, but the past returns to be corrected or enjoyed. Virgo attracts past-life and past situations or fellow Virgos. Any past mistakes would be because of incomplete or missing details.
- July 1: Moon goes into gracious, diplomatic, cooperative, beauty-loving Libra, bringing those qualities to the day.
USA:
Pluto continues to reveal a change in the power of the USA, with the other
powers adjusting to or accommodating the President’s policies. However, Pluto
also reveals the continued supposed power of the president himself and,
interestingly, the power of speculative currencies. There may be a crisis of
power July 2, with a needed obvious adjustment. Pluto is the symbol of
Congress, which may assert itself, thereby changing the power of the Executive
Branch. The self-esteem of the country is going through change because of the
federal policies. The office of the presidency experiences lawful challenge all
week, exactly June 24 and June 25, with possible good communication June 29,
although July 2, will reveal what needs adjustment. There are crises or foçi on
the expenditure of money that could be the catalyst.
With Jupiter in Cancer, strength is with Laws or the Legislative Branch of USA government, and increased independence of allies and enemies, meaning less cooperation with them.
Continued stressful challenges between the USA and Iran. June 24 USA and Iran vociferously challenging each other, resulting in world tension and no resolution. June 27 Moon goes into Leo, joining Mercury and strengthening good communication or news with or about Iran.
