Neptune is in Pisces, with Uranus in Taurus, revealing a need for Libra to adjust their spending to less and to adjust to vague or unrealistic responses to some ideas. Jupiter is in Sagittarius giving Libra the opportunity for careful expansion or maybe travel, but is wise to be as careful with money as possible. Taurus is the steadfast one this week.
9/23: fall equinox when the Sun goes into Libra, exact at 03:50:04 am Eastern Time. This is when the day and night are about equal in length. Nighttime increases with daylight decreasing in the northern hemisphere, the opposite in the southern hemisphere. Now is the tine for Libra to put forth plans and projects. However, with the South Node in Capricorn, karma continues to be reaped where responsibility was evaded.

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WARNING Aug 29 2019
A large hole in the sun's atmosphere is facing Earth, spewing a stream of solar wind in our direction. Minor (G1-class) geomagnetic storms are possible as early as Aug. 31st when the gaseous material arrives. This is the same large hole that targeted Earth in early August and caused auroras to be visible in multiple northern-tier US States. Visit Spaceweather.com for updates.
The solar wind is spewing through the sign of Virgo, which has the Mercury, Sun, Mars and Venus in this sign, with the Moon following this evening. solar wind excites electrical systems, including the nervous system in our bodies. Virgo is one of the nervous signs, so expect them to be more fidgety than usual. Gemini may show signs of nervousness by their hands, and Pisces showing signs of nervousness with their feet and eyes. Taurus and Capricorn can calm Virgo; Libra may calm Gemini and Cancer & Scorpio soothing Pisces.
