The attacks are at the end of three Saturn cycles, transits or processes that began between the middle of November and the middle of December of last year, 2011. They repeated from the end of March to the middle of May this year of 2012 and ended with focus dates of 8/6, 9/11 and 9/13 this year of 2012. These dates reveal the long-range planning of the attacks that were meant to be deadly. One of these Saturn cycles, though, reveals that protection was provided for many, so the death toll was not so high.

The United States is the brunt of the violence (obviously) exploding on the 11th anniversary of 9/11. For the United States, the public violence is from 9/9 and 9/13 and then it should subside from the public eye. The United States government should have been aware this should happen and should have had protection in the embassies around the world. There will be more upheaval regarding either foreign powers or the population of the United States October 14 this year.

The planets of revolution, Uranus and Pluto are in a very tense situation with each other, reflecting the agitated world situation, with the Arab revolutions and anarchy throughout the world. This is evidence that the old, out-worn, established order of things is breaking down. The extreme tension and danger is a process that began the end of June this year of 2012. The world situation is explosive again, and is especially contentious between August 20 and October 1 of this year. The most dangerous time will be September 19, when you can expect something decisive to happen. It may seem to ease off after the crisis, but it re-surfaces the end of May 2013, the beginning November of 2013;  the end of April, middle of December of 2014 and finally, the middle of March 2015. It is obvious this is a long-term process with spikes of violence that demand attention. 

Not only are transiting Pluto and Uranus in stress with each other in the sky, they are busy indicating drastic change in the United States. More is written about that here. The planet Pluto transited, or passed into, the sign of Capricorn the end of January 2008, signaling strong upheavals in society brought about by strong political force, generally focused in business and structured entities, as revealed by the sign of Capricorn. I had not written about this transit of Pluto because I thought it signaled severe danger to the life of the President of the United States and did not want any writing to add to a dangerous situation. Hindsight reveals that one person, perhaps the president via executive order, has forced change upon the country that affects the homeland itself, the employment and financial sector, foreign relations and immigration.

The presidential elections of 2008 swept in lawmakers who quickly passed laws and a president who created executive orders that by-passed the Constitution and have changed the United States. Pluto either signals transformational change with cooperation of the populace, or transformational change at the direction of one person. Pluto is forceful, domineering and “my way or no way” in the negative. Pluto is strong, cooperative and steadfast in the positive. Transformational or structural change in the financial sector began 9 March 2009 and lasted through 19 October 2010. The first activity was the government takeover of GM and Chrysler. This same time period reveals change in the labor unions, which benefited from the GM and Chrysler takeovers.

Between January and November of 2011, there was focus on forced changes in allied relationships, immigration and funding of services for the population, some of which was done by presidential executive order.

The Occupy Wall Street movement began 17 September 2011. The restlessness and possibly behind-the-scenes planning began in May. The strength of the movement went through end of February 2012. There are two transits that indicate the Occupy movement, one just restlessness and fun for the youth, the other an attempt to change America via anarchy and violence.

Now we come to 2012:

The end of February through first ten days of March ended the anarchy, but there will be changes as a result, and let us hope the changes are to be more free instead of change without thought of consequence.


Beginning February 20, repeated 2 June and ending 20 December this year, Pluto reveals necessary, forced adjustment in the labor force because of financial circumstances. Accommodations must be made to take into account the lack of money in the country.

Uranus has a cycle that indicates sudden breakthrough or freedom for immigrants. The first date was 19 April, will repeat 14 October, with the third date 8 February 2013. This means immigrants experience more freedom of movement. There could also be sudden change in public relations and alliances.

Jupiter joins the situation, with a cycle of freedom of the work force related to immigrants. The first date was 24 July and repeats 23 December this year and 11 March 2013. This may not be entirely peaceful, as Jupiter also indicates rebellion between 29 August and 19 November this year and again 14 April 2013.

Neptune began a fortuitous situation with young people and workers in May that is quiet now, but will begin to benefit them the end of February 2013, and finalize between 29 September and 27 December of 2013. Neptune is associated with glamor and charisma, and in the United States chart Neptune reveals glamor around the president. He certainly has had a good time with movie stars and being on TV. In a personal chart this would be an ideal love situation where both would sacrifice for the other, or a time of becoming noticed and famous. Perhaps the sacrifice of labor will benefit them through 2013, and add more people to the work force.
 
It looks like an attempt to balance the finances or budget the beginning of September, again 4 November, just before the elections and again April of 2013. 

Exact on 5 October, an indication of the financial adjustment of the real estate market, adjustment of workers and youth, adjustment to college grants and loans. This being the realization that the Utopian prices, grants, high salaries and benefits are over and everybody is brought down to reality. Any unrealistic demands or expectations will not be granted. 
 
The 31st of October there is a one-time calming of the work force and a stabilization of finances, which precedes balance between responsibility and freedom, and between Democrats and Republicans. This begins after the election, the first date of the balancing cycle the 24th of November of this year, and repeats 31 May and 14 August of 2013.

The United States ends the year with a combination of stability and civility and the beginning of adjusting responsibility with freedom and changes.

As the nation goes into 2013, there is an adjustment, especially for the media, of the perception of the president and the presidency.
