Nov 29 - Dec 1, 2020. There will be a vaccine soon.

 he pandemic planets are still close together, indicating continued intensity of the virus. Neptune the confuser is in tense relationship with clear communication and staying close to home. This will pass! This means communication is confused, incomplete and can be misleading or false. Be discerning.

For a while now, I have been predicting a vaccine would be available mid-December - two weeks - and have been contradicted (especially by family) and told it will be spring before we have a vaccine. Perhaps it was thought I meant a vaccine for everyone, but the statement is that with the pandemic planets moving out of the pandemic sign, a vaccine would be available mid-December. You have read that vaccines are effective and are waiting for government okay before distribution, so we do have vaccines. The time line may be:

*   Mid-December the vaccine is ready for the doctors and other healthcare workers.

*   Second week of January further distribution.

*   First of February available for even more people.

*   Mid-May it may be available for everyone., and even may be free.

Now to the week ahead:

*   Nov 29: another attempt to slow down impulsive actions. This is one of those see-saw quincunx days when things do not go as expected, asking you to be flexible. When you are flexible, the day is better than expected. Sagittarius and Taurus have a crazy day. Moon goes into Gemini, adding communication and hopefully, diplomacy. Gemini has the talent of perceiving all of the situation and communicating clearly to help.

*   Nov 29 USA: from behind the scenes, or secretly, disputes about finances or money.

*   Nov 30: full moon eclipse in the signs of Sagittarius and Gemini. There may be repercussions from Thanksgiving travel. Over-reaction would be about the tension of staying home and traveling. The Nodes - or purpose - for everybody through mid-January 2022 is to stay in your own neighborhood - whatever your neighborhood is. Gemini and Sagittarius may have spirited conversations, with Virgo and Pisces irritated by the day’s energy. Libra and Aquarius can help Libra, with Aries and Leo helping Sagittarius. For those of us who celebrate the full moon with meditation and prayers, it is attention to truth, refraining from gossip and talking about ourselves.

*   The eclipse to USA: from behind the scenes opposition to either health care workers or to the health care situation; verbal over-reaction to changes. Also, unexpected higher court statement.

*   Dec 1: Mercury goes into Sagittarius through Dec 20. Communication or the news tells the truth, even if uncomfortable. Sagittarius talks about travel and philosophy, Gemini thinks they have opposition, Virgo and Pisces irritated with optimistic interruptions. Scorpio and Capricorn are neutral. Aries and Leo enjoy creative activities and maybe some social life; Libra and Aquarius enjoy more communication and maybe social interaction. Taurus and Cancer adjust to interruptions asking them to be flexible. Moon goes into its own sign of Cancer, adding family and comfort to the day.

*   Dec 1 USA: with Mercury in Sagittarius, the truth will become known.

*   Dec 2: see-saw or quincunx day when you can expect the unexpected. Plans to go out may be stopped because of family concerns.

*   Dec 3 USA: news from behind the scenes does is not happy for the sitting president, yet the same news is good for the office of the presidency. This could come from a higher court, legal determination or ally.

*   Dec 3: No exact astrology aspect.

*   Dec 4: very nice day with truthful news creating a sense of confidence and optimism. Especially good for the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, but everybody should have a nice day. Moon goes into Leo adding creativity and good drama to the day.

*   Dec 4 USA: one in authority in a higher court makes a modification or adjustment in an exiting law or agreement, which could be with trade.

*   Dec 5: researchers suggest (more) vaccine success. Your loved one may be loving and romantic. Scorpio may be more open and inclusive than usual. Water signs of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces have a nice emotional or family day, and the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius have a good day., although it is good for everyone.

*   Dec 5 and Dec 6 USA: higher court ruling settles the situation of the presidency, most likely the final count of the electors’ votes for president, the deadline for which is Dec 8. The news is openly announced and is good for the nation and the office of the presidency.

*   Dec 6: one of those see-saw or quincunx days when nothing goes as expected - and for everybody. You need to be accommodating to unexpected minor changes and when you adapt the day is better than expected. However, Scorpio and Aries off balance, as are Sagittarius and Taurus. The research announcement from yesterday is amended and advanced ideas are thwarted by reality.

Pandemic still intense. Nov 22 through Nov 29 2020

The pandemic planets are still close together, indicating continued intensity of the virus. Neptune the confuser is in tense relationship with purpose, which is clear communication and stay close to home this will pass! This means communication is confused, incomplete and can be misleading or false. Be discerning.

*    Nov 22: USA: Transiting Venus goes into the house of Congress, hopefully indicating harmony and agreement with the House and the Senate.  Venus the harmonizer will be there through about Dec. 11.

*    Nov 23: good news about a virus vaccine and medicine, revealing the research is successful. Personally, Scorpio and Pisces offer good news and calm. Cancer also has a good day. Taurus senses good relationship focus, Virgo may be irritated with vagueness. However, a good day for all.

*    Nov 23 USA:: Congress has good news for both health issues and working people. A law or agreement is successful. The sitting president may agree to an agreement, treaty or law.

*    Nov 24 continuation of the virus good news. Moon goes into Aries, and to a good relationship with the Sun, indicating a nice day for everybody, but especially for the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

*    Nov 24 USA: a higher court does not agree with the sitting president and makes an adjustment.

*    Nov 25: Attempt by the researchers to stop premature, impulsive actions. Scorpio may try to help Aries, to no avail.  Cancer and Pisces can help Scorpio, with Sagittarius helping Aries.  This is a see-saw quincunx day with minor interruptions.

*    Nov 25 USA: good news regarding the office of the presidency, perhaps from or involving a higher court.

*    Nov 26: yesterday’s caution changes to optimism regarding health. Moon goes into Taurus and conjuncts Uranus, with a flurry of excitement for an hour or two, unexpectedly from Taurus.  Good day for the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

*    Nov 26 USA: first, congress makes an adjustment that affects the “home office of the White House. Then the president of office of the presidency creates a good situation for the population via a law or executive order. Then favorable communication from or about a higher court. Overall a good day for the country.

*    Nov 27: good news from the researchers regarding the pandemic, perhaps fewer deaths. However, someone - perhaps a researcher - opposes change or impulsive actions. Scorpio and Capricorn successfully coordinate efforts successfully; but Scorpio opposes Taurus.  Sun and moon in the see-saw, quincunx, relationship, indicating a day with unexpected, but persistent interruptions. Flexibility is the key.

*    Nov 27 USA: from behind the scenes, or a court decision, adjusts yesterday’s development. Also, a good financial announcement.

*    Nov 28: Neptune goes direct at 18 degrees Pisces, beginning to move from that stuck degree or position. Pandemic continues: Nov 15 through Nov 22, 2020.

The degrees of 22 and 23 are still active. If you have these degrees in your chart, those planets - and what they mean to you - will be prominent in your life. Uranus is stuck at 8 degrees of Taurus, so if you have this degree in your chart, that will be activated also. A quick consultation with Patty can help you understand and manage what it means.

*    Nov 15: that 22 degrees is activated again. Communication  asks for an adaptation or adjustment to previous violence. Also, the situation is trying to balance harmony with reality.  Scorpio adapts or adjusts to the young or to new ideas. Libra pushes Capricorn to cooperate. New moon in Scorpio adds energy and focus on Scorpio’s plans. The new moon is early in the morning with the moon going into Sagittarius at 10:46 am ET, lightening the mood of the day.

*     Nov 15 USA: from behind the scenes comes good financial and legal news that could involve allies or trading partners.

*    Nov 16: strained relationship with partnerships, with the established one balking at cooperation. Libra and Capricorn tense over tradition; Aries and Cancer have a tense day. Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra, with Scorpio and Pisces helping Cancer.

*    Nov 16 USA: The sitting president disagrees with an agreement or legal situation.

*    Nov 17: financial control issues between the figurative checkbook and the longer-range plans. Moon goes into Capricorn, joining Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn, indicating more focus on the pandemic. Capricorn is focused, Cancer has relationship focus, Aries and Libra have a tension-filled day; Taurus and Virgo have a good work day. Sagittarius and Aquarius neutral. Gemini and Leo continue to adjust to the lack of social events.

*    Nov18: USA: secret situation or negotiations not for the good of the people.

*    Nov 19: More requests for staying home because of the pandemic. Your loved one wants companionship and cooperation which you may not recognize. Libra asks cooperation from reluctant Capricorn. Aries and Cancer have a tense day. Sun and moon getting along, meaning a pleasant day for all even if you are staying home. Attention is on the practical. In the afternoon moon goes into Aquarius shifting attention to friends.

*    Nov 19: USA: better day for the nation. The sitting president both eases the happening of Nov 18, yet also disagrees with (probably) the pandemic situation. However, there are two possibilities:; the higher court takes the opportunity to strengthen Congress or a foreign ally creates a beneficial trading situation.

*    Nov 20: USA: the last focus date of two outer-planet transits. The first: (transiting Jupiter opposite Mercury) began March 30, repeated June 29 and ends today: the pandemic stay-at-home situation which has caused great expenditures of money. Perhaps this means another stimulus. The other (T Saturn conjunct Pluto) began February 23, repeated Aug 4, ends today. Strong focus on the pandemic, possibly with more deaths. However, this could also be Congress agreeing on another stimulus.

*    Nov 21: Sun goes into Sagittarius through Dec 21.  Energy expands and becomes more optimistic. Conversation of travel, higher learning and expansion of spirituality. Time for Sagittarius to either travel or make travel plans. Gemini enjoys spirited conversations; Virgo and Pisces irritated with impulsiveness and people being late. Aries and Leo enjoy more social events. Libra and Aquarius have the opportunity for inclusion in expansive activities. Cancer and Taurus adjust to the unexpected. Scorpio and Capricorn neutral.

*    Nov 21 and: Venus goes into Scorpio through Dec 15. Loved ones become intense and close and may focus on money or sharing. Scorpio intensifies romance; Taurus senses opposition, with Leo and Aquarius having control issues. Cancer and Pisces enjoy close relationships; Virgo and Capricorn have the opportunity for financial interactions. Libra and Sagittarius are neutral; Gemini and Aries adjust to intensity.

*    Late Nov 21 into Nov 22 quarter moon in the signs of Sagittarius and Pisces, indicating a day of changes, especially for the signs of Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo and Gemini.

Astrology meaning of the word "challenge"

 

Hope your Halloween went by with fun and delightful.

The article today is focused on the meaning of the word “challenge” which was used in previous forecasts and in readings The meaning in my articles is 4, a test. The person who inadvertently brought this to my attention sometimes acts out their challenge as b., so no wonder my meaning was misunderstood. From now, I will use the word “test” for squares.

According to the Free Dictionary, challenge means:

 1.

  a.   A call to engage in a contest, fight, or competition: a challenge to a duel.

   b.   An act or statement of defiance; a call to confrontation: a challenge to (the government's) authority.

2.      A demand for explanation or justification; a calling into question: a challenge to a theory.

3.   A sentry's call to an unknown party for proper identification.

4.   A test of one's abilities or resources in a demanding but stimulating undertaking: a career that offers a challenge. (What I meant).

When a person’s chart is being interpreted, and they have a 90-degree angle or aspect, it is called a square, I had been using the word challenge to describe a situation, which if ignored, develops into a crisis. The better word may be test, which requires action. If this situation is the square aspect between any two of Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn, with one of your natal planets, the ascendent or midheaven, you have a major challenge or test. If the square is in your natal or birth chart, the test is life long. If it is from the transiting, or planets moving in the sky, it is for a specific time. An astrology reading helps you identify your tests, the reason for them and the specifics to your life and especially your soul growth. The outcome of a square, or test, in your life is change; how depending upon the particulars. Ignoring a square means the decisions are made for you instead of being managed by you. When you manage your squares, they can result in harmony and good change instead of crises. Edgar Cayce called these either stepping stones or stumbling blocks. How are they for you? For instance, a square with Saturn can mean you are unable to move or you recognize you need to take responsibility and action.

In my interpretations, the meaning of relationship a. is usually phrased one-on-one interaction. In astrology this is an opposition, which is when any two (or more) planets are 180 degrees apart or visually opposite each other in the chart. Again, if it is in your natal chart, you are being asked to balance that kind of relationship and is life long. If it is from a transiting planet, someone would becoming into your life to activate a situation requiring balance and cooperation. Oppositions are only interactions or relationships, and by themselves are not difficult or easy.

People ask if a natal difficult situation (square) or relationship (opposition) ever goes away. In my personal experience, the situation or relationship aspect remains but the situation or people change. Your purpose with difficult astrology aspects is to grow spiritually, paving the back Home. I’ll give a personal example from my chart:

My natal Saturn is conjunct my natal Moon and square my natal Mars. Saturn represents a parent, responsibility, restriction or restraint, contraction. When I was a child and youth, my mother put responsibility on me very young and taught me to learn the consequences of my actions. Also, I was not allowed to drive (Mars) until I was 17, when that age did not raise my parent’s car insurance. We were not given cars back then. As a teenager and under 21, I was the one who took responsibility for whatever the action was and usually drove. Even later, the opportunity for the dress shop business came, and I took the responsibility for that for over 16 years. Later yet, I accepted the responsibility for volunteer positions with Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E., which included much responsibility. At this time of COVID-19, these natal aspects are keeping me secluded, for responsibility for others. One thing I need to learn with this Saturn/Mars square is to go far enough; especially driving, because sometimes I do not drive far enough to make the turn.. The energy of Saturn restricts the energy of Mars. In some instances in my life that has been a really good thing.

The opposition means others. My natal chart has one opposition: N Uranus is opposite my ascendant. This means unusual people come into my life to stimulate my mind and then move on. And... I am a free person and do not even recognize when someone tries to control. Since I only have that one opposition in my chart, when I see a transiting opposition coming, I look forward to learn who it may be and how we will interact.
