Astrology Overview for November 2019

The outer planets, from Chiron through Pluto are interpreted in the overview.  All the planets are interpreted in the weekly forecast.

November still has the South Node, Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn, continuing the consequences of previous actions, both good and bad.  The South Node has retrograded to between ten and eight degrees Capricorn.  This will only affect your chart if the degrees match.  You may contact Patty for a short interpretation. 

On a lighter note, Venus and Jupiter are in Sagittarius expanding the money supply, focusing on travel and foreign trade in the positive.  Jupiter in Sagittarius is in its own sign and is delightfully strong.  This will only affect you if the degrees match.  You may contact Patty for your personal interpretation. 

As you well know by now, Mercury is retrograde in Scorpio, symbolically “killing things,” including some of my electronic gadgets.  Mercury goes direct November 20 and will go through its shadow period.  This means if Mercury touched your chart before it went retrograde, touches it again during the retrograde, it will touch your chart again after if goes direct, passing over the same degrees.  Mercury will repeat itself in the sky Nov 9,  Nov 13 and Nov 28. Mars will go into Scorpio November 19 moving into a good relationship with the South Node, Saturn, Pluto and Neptune, ending its “fun” of stirring things up for Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. 

However, Nov 5 Mars creates a very stressful situation of force and control.  Diplomacy fails.

November 8 is the last date of a cycle that began Jan 31 and repeated June 18.  T his is an opportunity coming from an established entity to create a better or ideal situation for either those in need, the arts or religion.  The signs are Capricorn and Pisces who are the entities in action.  Pisces needs to accept the opportunity or it will go by unnoticed.  Also, the one in authority creates an opportunity for success and may smooth the tension from Nov 5.  The one in authority also is in the right place at the right time of implement an ideal or creative project, or to bring about harmony. Another opportunity is created by an older, admired person or the big boss for the ideal solution.  Good day for Scorpio, Pisces.

Nov 27: Neptune goes direct at 15 degrees Pisces 55 minutes.  If you have a 15 degree planet, your midheaven or ascendant at this degree, it will be activated.  How depends upon the planetary relationship from transiting Neptune to your chart.  Contact Patty for your personal interpretation.

For the USA key dates:

Nov 8 USA: opposition from many demanding money; the worker strike situation again.

Nov 9  transiting Saturn goes into the second house of income, indicating less income or more expenses,  asking the congress to be financially prudent and reduce unnecessary expenses.  This will last through early March 2023.

Nov 15: very stressful!  From the office of the presidency challenge to a  legal situation which could be he impeachment proceedings or a trade agreement.

Nov 19: opportunity for tax relief or improvement in investments or medical help.

Nov 27: is unsettled with adjustments to an agreement with allies or enemies.  If this is the impeachment process, the representatives vacillate, not coming to an agreement which may be resolved in the next few days.

Nov 30 is a stressful situation coming from the House of Representatives that is not in the best interest of the country’s purpose.
