Pluto is still at 24 Degrees Capricorn, Neptune at 22 degrees Pisces and Uranus at 14 degrees Taurus. Saturn this week is at 8 degrees Aquarius. If you have these degrees in your horoscope, they are active and are more important, meaning have more impact on your chart than the daily predictions. For instance, Uranus is relating to  my chart and has more focus than any other planetary relationships, meaning it is good for me to pay attention to where the changes occur and how to deal with them for the highest good of everyone.  (Personal note: Pluto is opposite Cancer. I am a Cancer and two more of my friends have died; meaning changes in relationships beyond my control. ) The other, daily, forecasts are secondary.

Venus is in its own sign of Libra, indicating relationships want to be inter-dependent and cooperative with diplomacy, grace and courtesy. Mars is in Virgo meaning projects need to be in order, practical with sequential or detailed instructions and process.

The outer planets are like the hour hand on your clock, with the dailies the minute hand, and the Moon’s movement would be like the second hand. This means the outer planets take longer, the inner planets much less time and the Moon fleeting.

The same for the USA: the outer planet of Neptune is in opposition to the USA natal Neptune and is more important and has more impact than the daily predictions. We are witnessing, and some of you may be experiencing, the emotional situation in Afghanistan. When you read the daily predictions for the USA, the Neptune situation is the most important and visible. There may be good days for the USA and they will happen, but in the midst of the chaos and may not be noticed.

Aug 23: Nice day. Balance and cooperation in relationships and benefits for the good of large groups. Overall, a stable but bright day. Your loved one may be cooperative and want to be with your friends, too. There could be good news regarding the pandemic. Libra and Aquarius have a great social day, including Gemini. Aries may be asked to be with your partner instead of alone, but you will have fun. Cancer and Capricorn have a good, mildly stimulating social day. Leo may have the opportunity to be included in a social event but let go of being in control.

Aug 23 USA:  the president has success with a change regarding the medical situation and perhaps the work force: the beginning of the infrastructure activity?

Aug 24: the news either opposes humanitarian efforts, opposes a court decision and may oppose everything, the news is critical of the chaos and lack of hard facts. Virgo is especially frustrated because of the lack of facts and detail, which they try to solicit to no avail. Pisces may feel picked on, with Gemini and Sagittarius irritated by either the news or conversation. Taurus and Capricorn can help Taurus, with Cancer and Scorpio helping Pisces. Sun and Moon in the see-saw quincunx relationship showing that things do not go as expected, asking you to accommodate minor changes, especially with Aries and Virgo. Practical details are asked of impulsive plans. Taurus and Capricorn can help Virgo; Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries.

Aug 24 USA: the news strongly challenges laws and agreements but reveals the lack of planning for the Afghanistan situation and urges speed.

Aug 25 USA: opportunity from one in authority regarding the foreign situation for the president. Let us hope this opportunity is taken.

Aug 26: attempt to balance relationships by cooperation and interdependence. Libra and Aries trying to balance. Cancer and Capricorn have a mildly challenging day, which they enjoy. Better news about solution to a big problem using practical methods. Virgo and Capricorn help solve a practical situation, with Taurus helping manage. Cancer may continue to  experience relationship changes. Scorpio and Pisces have the opportunity to be included in the problem solving.

Aug 26 USA: announcement from the White House of a financial solution to a foreign situation and to the emigrant and refugee situation. Could be the announcement of the evacuation and resettlement of the Afghan refugees around the world.

Aug 27: adjustment to humanitarian situation, meaning the details of the situation require more practical or realistic application to a situation involving many. Could be news of the administration of the vaccines. Virgo announces the details and practicality of the situation, asking Sagittarius and Aquarius to make adjustments. This is mild and should be accomplished easily with cooperation. Moon goes into Taurus, adding practicality and common sense to the situation.

Aug 27 USA: the president either challenges the opportunity from the one in authority or lets go of the entity. The deadline is fast approaching for evacuations.

Aug 28: relationships adjust or accommodate changes because someone does not want to act. Libra frustrated because the situation seems stuck. Libra is a leader sign, meaning they like activity. Cancer and Aries may have a mildly challenging day, Gemini and Aquarius a pleasant day.

Aug 28 USA: the news is incomplete and changes what is reported, then agrees with a big plan that brings practical change. The president offers a diplomatic solution and there is an opportunity from the one in authority to a proposed law or agreement. The day ends well for the USA, remembering the above with Neptune.

Aug 29: Moon goes into Gemini adding light conversation, positive outlook and the ability to perceive all sides to a problem.

Aug 29 USA: change in a relationship with someone from the past regarding finances. This may mean discussion of who will pay for what and could be the Afghanistan situation or the southern border immigrant situation. It is not settled, only a change in the way something is done.

Aug 30: Mercury goes into Libra through end of October because it goes retrograde Sept. 27. News and conversation about relationships, diplomacy, contracts, agreements and the law. Libra becomes more verbally assertive than usual and announces plans. Aries is challenged to be cooperative, with Cancer and Capricorn having challenging conversations requiring cooperation and diplomacy. Gemini and Aquarius enjoy good conversations, Leo and Sagittarius the opportunity to be included. Quarter Moon in the signs of Gemini and Virgo who feel the most irritated, followed by Sagittarius and Pisces. The Moon in Gemini adds diplomacy and the ability to see all sides of situations, even though it may be an active day.

Aug 30 USA: announcement from the White House regarding diplomacy, agreements and perhaps a law. The desire is for cooperation and diplomacy, hopefully accepted.
